Ebooks and Audiobooks
Over the past few years i've been building up a catalogue of electronic books or audiobooks for teachers of Yr4-6 classes, or secondary classes if needed. These files are highly recommended.

- To Build a Fire by Jack London (includes audio and text)
- The Ransom of Red Chief by O. Henry (two hapless kidnappers get a wild child victim)
- Seventh Grade by Gary Soto
- A Sound of Thunder by Ray Bradbury
- The Tell-Tale Heart by Edgar Allen Poe (includes audio and text)
- The Lady or the Tiger? by Frank Stockton
- There Will Come Soft Rains by Ray Bradbury
- The Lottery by Shirley Jackson

- Mother and Daughter by Gary Soto (a poor family preparing for a young girl's first school dance... a delightful short story)
- The Rocking Horse Winner by D. H. Lawrence (what does it mean to be lucky? A disturbed, luckless boy begins to win big at horse race tipping, with upsetting results)

- The Martian by Andy Weir (a longer story, subject of the 2016 movie. The Robinson Crusoe story, set on Mars!)
